Letter on Slesnick & the Biltmore

Thanks to James J. Hinrichsen’s excellent objective view of what has happened in the Biltmore Affaire. Highly recommended–you don’t need an auditor to understand this.
On Friday, Jan. 28 city commissioners will be briefed by Price-Waterhouse-Coopers on the results of their extensive examination of Seaway. Slesnick’s love affair with Seaway and his world-class ability to rationalize failure may be sorely tested by the results of that inquiry. Anything less than a glowing endorsement of Seaway’s business acumen will reveal that Slesnick’s blind devotion to Seaway is more important than intellectually honest and fiscally responsible leadership of the city.
