White House Says Meeting w. “Latin America”?

A new definition of “Latin America” that excludes Brazil, Mexico and Colombia representing 65% of the population and 60% of GDP of Latin America. In other words the White House has left out a large percent of Latin America and are dealing with tiny countries, populations. Also, we assume that Cuba and Nicaraguan are also excluded.

Trump’s meeting with “Latin America” is laughable.
