For making it immensely difficult to find appointments for coronavirus vaccinations in a thicket of providers of hospitals, pharmacies, counties, healthcare systems….

Your regulations and restrictions have greatly weakened and disincentivized counties and municipalities to get people to follow good, well known public healthcare practices.
